All residents, owners and renters of the Greater First Colony are invited and encouraged to join the Greater First Colony Area Civic Association (GFCACA). GFCACA members are what make our community a terrific place to call home.

Joining ensures we are able to enjoy, maintain and repair amenities including association buildings, lake and water management areas, and three entrances. You will receive the monthly newsletter giving you the scoop on what is happening in the neighborhood and how you can meet new and existing neighbors by volunteering and enjoying the many membership events.
Community members come together throughout the year volunteering their time to maintain and improve the amenities. This keeps our association fees as low as possible. In addition, we have great fun volunteering together!
After becoming a member, you and your family have access to the park, lake, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, soccer field, playground, and the beach and marina. You also receive free admission to several community-sponsored events. Additional charges are incurred for pool membership and boat-related marina fees. Find the fee information on the web page with the amenity you would like to use.
Dues are paid for the calendar year and membership runs from January 1 - December 31. The 2025 dues are $493 for the calendar year. Payment options can be found below.
3 Easy Steps to Join or Renew GFCACA Membership
1. Download and complete the membership form and mail or email to the Amy Day, Business Manager
2. Scroll down below to pay - Complete each page until it tells you "Payment Successful"
3. Wait for your Stickers (one per vehicle) and Beach Access Cards (if you are new) to arrive in the mail within 10 days.
