First Colony Clubhouse

The First Colony Clubhouse is located at 125 Pasbehegh Drive in Williamsburg, adjacent to the First Colony playground, pavilion and pool.  The clubhouse is a great venue for parties, receptions, business meetings, birthdays, showers and so much more.  It is well maintained and beautiful, both inside and out.  Come see for yourself!

In addition to the use of our large great room that contains high ceilings and has space for up to 100 people, we offer:

• Use of 14 - six foot tables and 2 - eight fool tables (all tables are rectangular)
• 60 chairs
• Fully functional and recently remodeled kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and miscellaneous kitchen equipment.  Perfect to prepare/warm up your own food or for use by a caterer
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• An outdoor patio off the back of the clubhouse and an adjoining yard for plenty of outdoor space, plus the use of an adjacent pavilion at no extra cost (the pavilion is available upon request).  People have used this area for all sorts of activities including games (horseshoes, cornhole, etc.), kids activities (bounce houses, etc.), backyard BBQ’s and/or just an extra space to mingle and relax.

The Clubhouse is available for rent by members of the Greater First Colony Area Civic Association as well as non-First Colony residents.  See the document links below to view the size and layout so you can plan your event exactly the way you want it.
