GREATER FIRST COLONY

All residents, owners and renters of the Greater First Colony are invited and encouraged to join the Greater First Colony Area Civic Association (GFCACA). GFCACA members are what make our community a terrific place to call home. Joining ensures we are all able to enjoy, and maintain and repair our many amenities including association buildings, lake and water management areas, and 3 entrances. Also, as a member you will receive the monthly newsletter giving you all the scoop on what is happening in the neighborhood and how you can get together to meet new and existing neighbors by volunteering and enjoying the many membership events.

Community members throughout all our neighborhoods come together throughout the year volunteering their time to maintain and improve the amenities, keeping our yearly association fees as low as possible, and we have lots of fun.  Join today. After becoming a GFCACA member, you and your family have access to our many amenities that make our neighborhood special and unique. You also receive free admission to several community-sponsored events throughout the year. Please note there are additional charges for amenities listed below with as noted.

Dues are paid for the calendar year and membership runs from January 1 - December 31. The 2024 dues are $452 for the calendar year. Payment options can be found below. 

3 Easy Steps to Join or Renew GFCACA Membership

1. Download and complete the membership form and mail or email to the Amy Day,     Business Manager 
2. Scroll down below to pay - Complete each page until it tells you "Payment Successful"
3. Wait for your Stickers (one per vehicle) and Beach Access Cards (if you are new) to arrive in the mail within 10 days.

You can pay by check or with credit card. To pay by check, select the option "invoice me" at the end of the online application. Then please make checks out to "GFCACA" and send checks along with the application to P.O. Box 5123 Williamsburg, VA 23188.
